      Now, get tactile EMDR stimulation without the wires. NeuroTek proudly announces the CatScan CCM, CATScan TCM and CATScan ATCM, the cordless audio/tactile (and visual) EMDR tools. Everyone knows that anything connected with wires and held in the hands on a regular basis will eventually wear out. Now you can give your clients the tactile EMDR stimulation without the disadvantages of wired tactile pulsers. Never worry about broken pulser wires again. Three models are available. One model, the CATScan CCM (Client Controlled Model) allows the client to set the speed of alternations, intensity of the vibrations, volume of the auditory as well as start and stop each set. For those therapists who wish to be in complete control, there are the TCM (Therapist Controlled Model) and the ATCM (Advanced Therapist Controlled Model) available which permits the clinician to control all functions of the handhelds including the speed of alternations, intensity, volume and the starting and stoping.

CCM - Client Controlled Model: The CATScan CCM provides cordless tactile stimulation via 2 hand-held pulsers. Client has full control over all functions including starting and stoping. Both right-hand and left hand pulsers have a tactile adjustment for independent intensity control. Both sides also provide a recepticle to accomodate stereo headphones. Four different sounds may be configured in the handhelds including tones, click, heartbeat and arcade sounds. The CATScan CCM model includes cordless pulsers, headphones carrying case, rechargable batteries and battery charger.

TCM - Therapist Controlled Model: The CatScan TCM is identical to the CATScan CCM but also includes our Basic Tac/AudioScan controller with a cordless pulser transmitter installed. The Basic Tac/AudioScan is our fully functioning unit which can be used with or without the cordless pulsers. The therapist has control over starting and stopping the set as well as setting the speed of alternations, the intensity of the pulser vibrations and the volume of the auditory mode. Wired pulsers (sold separately) and headphones (included) may also be plugged directly into the Tac/AudioScan control box for conventional wired operation. This model may function either as the CCM model or as the TCM model. When the cordless handhelds are turned on without the therapist's controller turned on, the handhelds default to the client controlled model. Once the TCM controller is turned on it take over control of the handhelds and the client no longer has control of the handheld functions. The CATScan TCM model includes the Basic Tac/AudioScan control box with factory installed cordless pulser transmitter, cordless pulsers, headphones, carrying case, rechargable batteries for the cordless pulsers, battery charger and 9 volt battery for the TCM controller. An optional AC adapter is available for the TCM controller.

ATCM - Advanced Therapist Controlled Model: The CATScan ATCM is identical to the CATScan CCM but also includes our Advanced Tac/AudioScan controller with a cordless pulser transmitter installed. The Advanced Tac/AudioScan is our fully functioning unit which can be used with or without the cordless pulsers. The therapist has control over starting and stopping the set as well as setting the speed of alternations, the intensity of the pulser vibrations, the audio sound selection and the volume of the auditory mode. The therapist can select one of 4 sounds that the client hears when headphones are plugged into the handhelds. Additionally you can connect the ATCM controller to an external audio source and convert any music you have into bi-lateral music, synchronized with the tactile. Note - the bi-lateral music can not be heard when plugging the headphones into the cordless handhelds because the music is not transmitted to the hand held units. Wired pulsers (sold separately) and headphones (included) may also be plugged directly into the Tac/AudioScan control box for conventional wired operation. This model may function either as the CCM model or as the ATCM model. Tactile stimulus: Both models feature fully adjustable wireless tactile stimulation. Tactile intensity is infinitely adjustable from completely off to full maximum strength. Both pulsers have an intensity control. You may choose to have both side's intensity controlled independently with individual intensity adjustments (factory setting) or you may configure so both side's intensity will follow the right side intensity setting for matched intensity on both sides. The speed of the alternations is controlled from the right hand (black) pulser.
Auditory stimulus: If you wish to add alternating tones synchronized with the tactile, just plug in the included headphones into one of the pulsers. The volume of the tones is easily adjusted from the left hand (gray) pulser. The right side (black) pulser headphone connector provides either a click, which sounds like snapping your fingers, or a double click that sounds like a heart beat. The gray side headphone connector provides either an alternating tone or an arcade sound.

Visual stimulus: Want to add eye-movements? Both right & left hand pulsers have visual indicators which illuminate when activated. Just position the pulsers 12”-18” apart at a comfortable arm’s length for convenient eye movement stimulation. Use any combination of visual, tactile and/or auditory modes to suit all clients’ needs.
