hear from you. We offer a complete 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Within
30 days of purchase, you may return for exchange or refund any NeuroTek Product. The
following conditions apply:
- Product must be returned in the same condition it was received, in the original packing materials.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
- There is a 10% restocking fee charged on all returned products but not to exceed $25.00 per product.
- Before returning any product, contact NeuroTek
for a product return tracking number. This number will help us track your return.
